Perimeter Medical Imaging AI Appoints Michelle Caron to Board

TORONTO and DALLAS, Oct. 2, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Perimeter Medical Imaging AI Inc. has appointed Michelle Caron, CPA, to its Board of Directors. Caron, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer of A10 Networks, a Nasdaq-listed company, brings extensive finance leadership experience to the board. Her tenure at A10 Networks, as well as her prior roles at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, Pall, and Phenomenex, all subsidiaries of Danaher Corporation, will be a significant asset as the company scales its commercial operations and advances its AI-enabled ClaireTM technology.

The device is not intended for use in individuals under the age of 18, males, those with metastatic cancer, those with lobular carcinoma as their primary diagnosis, those who have had previous ipsilateral breast surgery for benign or malignant disease within two years, those with multi-centric disease, those with bilateral disease, those who are currently lactating, those who are currently pregnant, or those undergoing surgeries with cryo-assisted localization.
