Patti Humble Joins NACD Atlanta Chapter Board of Directors

Patti Humble, an experienced global executive with 30 years of leadership at a Fortune 50 company, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).
Humble’s extensive background includes serving as Chief Accounting Officer at UPS, where she oversaw global accounting and financial governance activities for one of the world's largest transportation and logistics companies. Her responsibilities encompassed SEC reporting, global controllership, financial forecasting, investor support, shared services operations, internal controls, capital allocation support, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Throughout her career, Humble advised executive leadership on areas such as enterprise risk, strategic planning, business continuity, organizational redesign, and crisis management. She played a key role in integrating five acquired companies, representing over $1.5 billion in transaction value. Additionally, Humble co-led UPS's largest Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and digital transformation initiative, overseeing a multi-year modernization effort involving operational redesign, process standardization, and enterprise-wide technology transformation. Her experience also includes launching shared service centers in Singapore and Dublin to support financial operations across more than 20 countries.
