HADAHAA, MALDIVES, October 3, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa has unveiled a new season-long celebration of world-class gastronomy, the Masters of Food & Wine Series. Building on the success of its inaugural event held in July 2026, the resort will welcome six internationally acclaimed MICHELIN-starred chefs to its Living Island from October 2026 through April 2027.
This series is more than a collection of guest chef dinners; it is a culinary journey through the seasons, inspired by meaningful moments of the year. Each chapter will be led by a distinguished chef, offering a unique expression of culture, craftsmanship, and culinary excellence. The chefs will present bespoke dining experiences, drawing from the rich bounty of the Maldives and their own culinary heritage.
The series kicks off on October 2 and 5, 2026, with Executive Chef Ku Chi Fai, founder of the MICHELIN-starred Beijing Kitchen. Chef Fai, with over four decades of culinary experience, will celebrate the Chinese Golden Week, a time of prosperity, family, and culinary heritage.
As the festive season arrives, Executive Chef Andrea Mattei will bring the warmth and traditions of Tuscany to the Maldives on December 14 and 18, 2026. Chef Mattei, recognized with a MICHELIN Green Star for sustainable gastronomy, will celebrate seasonality, responsible sourcing, and a deep respect for nature.
The New Year will begin with Executive Chef Ruben Christiaens of La Villa Lorraine, who received the MICHELIN Young Chef Award in 2022. Chef Christiaens will bring a fresh and creative perspective, celebrating discovery, innovation, and new beginnings on January 6 and 10, 2027.
Representing a new generation of culinary excellence, Executive Chef Michael Dyllong of MICHELIN-starred The Stage will present a dynamic culinary vision on January 23 and 26, 2027. Chef Dyllong, one of Germany's youngest MICHELIN-starred chefs, is renowned for his technical mastery, creativity, and contemporary approach to European gastronomy.
As Easter arrives, Executive Chef Richard Gabriel Toix of MICHELIN-starred Le Charlie in Corsica will continue the journey on March 26 and 29, 2027. Chef Toix, combining the precision of French technique with influences from his career in France and Asia, will present a refined culinary experience inspired by the Mediterranean spirit of sharing, discovery, and connection.
The season will conclude on April 5 and 8, 2027, with Group Chef David Hemmerlé. Chef Hemmerlé, with a distinguished international career spanning France, Brazil, Russia, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom, will present a grand finale celebrating craftsmanship, gastronomy, and the natural beauty of Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa.
Surrounded by a 360-degree vibrant house reef, the resort offers immersive encounters with nature, from snorkeling and diving among rich marine life to sustainable living insights at the Dhoani Learning Center and Blue Journeys Dive and Activity Center. With 51 luxurious villas, including the three-bedroom Kiaali Residence, guests enjoy unmatched privacy and comfort.
