PAR LED Lights Introduces Highly Configurable HyLite LED Lotus Lamp

ROCK HILL, SC, September 10, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- PAR LED Lights has expanded its commercial LED retrofit offerings with the introduction of the HyLite LED Lotus Lamp LS-1830, a highly configurable PAR38 LED lamp designed for a variety of directional lighting applications. Unlike traditional PAR38 lamps that require specific wattage, color temperature, and beam pattern settings, the LS-1830 combines 45 possible lighting configurations in a single lamp, offering users unprecedented flexibility.

The lamp comes with three wattage settings, 18W, 25W, and 30W, providing a delivered light output ranging from 1,980 to 3,300 lumens. It also offers five color temperatures: 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K, allowing for a wide range of lighting needs, from warm ambient illumination to daylight-style commercial lighting. Users can also choose between 25°, 40°, and 60° beam angles to adjust the light from concentrated accent illumination to broader general coverage.

This flexibility is particularly useful in commercial environments where lighting requirements may vary. For example, retail stores may require a tighter beam to highlight merchandise, while restaurants, hotels, and offices may need wider coverage. Galleries and showrooms can benefit from the lamp's high color rendering index (CRI) above 90, which ensures more accurate color appearance for artwork, merchandise, finishes, and displays.

Designed to fit existing PAR38 applications, the LS-1830 uses a standard E26 medium screw base and measures approximately 4.75 inches in diameter. It operates on a universal input voltage of 100-277VAC and can run directly from line voltage after the proper bypass or removal of any existing ballast. The lamp is suitable for a wide range of applications, including track lighting, recessed downlights, retail stores, art galleries, hotels, restaurants, commercial showrooms, offices, schools, and healthcare facilities.

The HyLite LED Lotus Lamp LS-1830 is designed for both horizontal and vertical socket orientations and can be used in enclosed fixtures, provided minimum space and thermal management requirements are met. At up to 110 lumens per watt, the lamp is capable of replacing substantially higher-wattage incandescent, halogen, and other legacy light sources. According to the company, it offers energy savings of up to 90% in qualifying replacement applications, with a published rated life of approximately 50,000 to 60,000 hours, depending on ambient operating conditions. This can reduce the frequency of relamping in hard-to-reach recessed fixtures, high ceilings, and commercial track-lighting installations.

The lamp also comes with a five-year manufacturer warranty, IP54 protection, 4kV surge protection, intelligent temperature control, a proprietary heat-sink design, and an optical-grade, UV-protected lens. It is also listed as 98% recyclable and contains no lead or mercury.
