PacQuest Homes, a residential development company and coordinated rebuilding platform, has introduced a new real estate platform designed to assist property owners in Pacific Palisades navigate the complex process of rebuilding and selling their properties. The platform aims to provide clear pathways for various objectives, including rebuilding, long-term investment, and selling lots.

The platform offers five distinct paths tailored to individual property owners' needs: 1. Return Home: This pathway involves rebuilding on the existing lot through a coordinated process that spans planning, design, permitting, financing, insurance coordination, and construction. 2. Build & Sell with PacQuest: PacQuest will handle the design, permitting, financing, construction, marketing, and sale of a completed home, allowing owners to focus on other matters. 3. Explore the PacQuest Fund: Eligible property owners can contribute the value of their lot or lot equity to the Palisades PacQuest Fund I, subject to the Fund’s eligibility requirements and formal offering documents. 4. Sell Your Lot to PacQuest: This involves a professional and transparent sale process, including property evaluation, an offer, due diligence, and closing. 5. Hold With a Plan: Property owners can preserve their lot while evaluating the economics of waiting and the conditions that might prompt a future decision.

PacQuest's comprehensive platform includes integrated services such as planning, design, permitting, financing, insurance coordination, construction, project management, and sales. By coordinating these services, PacQuest aims to streamline the rebuilding process, reduce costs, improve quality, and shorten timelines.

Founder and CEO Fred Cordova III, who has been active in the community for over 42 years, explained, "Every property owner's situation is different. Our role is to provide clarity, experienced guidance, and disciplined execution, so every property owner can move forward with confidence."

The company plans to construct over 500 homes over the next five to six years, with an expected pace of 8 to 10 homes per month once fully operational. Preliminary home designs range from 3,200 to 4,300 square feet, each featuring five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, designed to meet current California building standards and incorporate resilient construction practices.

The PacQuest team, consisting of local residents, real estate professionals, builders, architects, and financial experts, brings extensive experience and deep ties to the Palisades community. Founder Fred Cordova III, with over $10 billion in transactions and developments, leads a team with over 100 years and $20 billion in combined real estate experience.
