One Senior Care Acquires PACE North Expanding Services to Northern Michigan
Erie, PA, September 1, 2026 — One Senior Care, a leading provider of the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in rural areas, has acquired PACE North in Traverse City, Michigan. This acquisition marks a significant step in expanding PACE services to Northern Michigan and enhancing access to comprehensive care for older adults.
One Senior Care currently serves over 1,200 participants in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Kentucky, with a strong focus on rural and medically underserved communities. The acquisition of PACE North will bring the organization’s services to Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Leelanau, and Wexford counties, as well as parts of Antrim and Manistee counties in Michigan.

As part of the acquisition, a new independent foundation will be established to support initiatives that benefit older adults in the region. The acquisition is expected to strengthen the PACE program in Michigan, providing more comprehensive care and support services to eligible older adults. With this expansion, One Senior Care aims to continue its mission of improving the quality of life for rural residents through accessible and integrated healthcare.
