Onconetix, Inc., a commercial-stage biotechnology company, has announced a pilot program with a leading European telecommunications company to deploy humanoid robots as presenters, hosts, and brand ambassadors at live events. This initiative marks an expansion of Realbotix LLC's robot capabilities beyond one-on-one interactions into dynamic, audience-facing environments.

Realbotix, a subsidiary of Realbotix Corp., has developed AI-powered humanoid robots designed for human interaction in various enterprise and consumer settings. The pilot program will test how these robots can deliver presentations, support events, and engage in interactive conversations in diverse social environments, including large audiences.

The humanoid robots will explore multiple roles in the pilot, including corporate event hosting, live product demonstrations, customer engagement, education and training support, hospitality and retail assistance, public information services, reception and concierge functions, and guided visitor experiences. This initiative aims to evaluate the practicality of humanoid robots as presenters, hosts, and brand ambassadors in dynamic settings.

The pilot will also assess how the Realbotix platform can be tailored to specific partner workflows, enhancing its versatility and application across different industries. Onconetix, Inc., which entered into a definitive share exchange agreement with Realbotix Corp. on February 12, 2026, is acquiring 100% of Realbotix LLC. The combined company is expected to trade on the Nasdaq following the closing, which is anticipated in the second half of 2026, subject to shareholder approval, regulatory approvals, and other closing conditions.

Onconetix, Inc. focuses on the research, development, and commercialization of innovative oncology solutions. The company’s Proclarix®, an in vitro diagnostic test for prostate cancer originally developed by Proteomedix and approved for sale in the European Union, is set to be marketed in the U.S. through a license agreement with Labcorp.

Realbotix Corp., based in the United States, develops AI and robotics technologies enabling lifelike expressions, motion, vision, and social engagement. The company’s humanoid robots are designed to interact seamlessly in various environments, from enterprise settings to consumer spaces.

Onconetix’s acquisition of Realbotix LLC is part of a broader strategy to integrate cutting-edge robotic technology into its product offerings and expand its market presence. The company’s stockholders are encouraged to review the Registration Statement on Form S-4, the Proxy Statement/Prospectus, and other relevant documents that will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for more detailed information about the proposed transaction.

Investors and stockholders are advised to carefully read these documents, as they contain important information about Realbotix, Onconetix, and the proposed transaction.
