Onco-Innovations Reports Interim Metabolism Study Results for ONC010

The interim findings reveal that A83B4C63 is metabolized in all three species, primarily through cytochrome P450 enzymes, with species-specific differences in the rate of metabolism observed. System controls performed as expected, indicating that the methodology used was effective. The study findings are part of a broader preclinical development program designed to characterize intrinsic clearance, metabolic degradation pathways, and species-specific metabolism. These data will be used to inform future toxicology studies, pharmacokinetic modeling, dose selection, and regulatory planning.
