FAIRFAX, VA, October 09, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- On The Mark Management, Inc., a commercial general contractor based in Chantilly, Virginia, has launched a new division called On The Mark Construction Services (OTMCS). This new venture aims to streamline the construction process for general contractors, property managers, and facilities teams by providing a single-source solution for specialty construction services and operated equipment.

The launch of OTMCS marks a significant shift in the way construction projects are managed. Traditionally, general contractors would have to coordinate multiple subcontractors for tasks such as scanning, cutting, drilling, hauling, and equipment rental. This often led to scheduling and quality control issues. OTMCS addresses these challenges by offering a comprehensive suite of services under one roof.

According to Mark Tiahrt, President of On The Mark Management, Inc., the new division operates on a model they call "wet rental." This means that every piece of equipment deployed by OTMCS arrives with a trained, certified operator. This approach eliminates the need for general contractors to manage multiple subcontractors, thereby reducing the risk of scheduling and quality issues.

OTMCS is equipped with over 30 pieces of advanced construction equipment across eight service lines. These include: - GPR scanning for non-destructive subsurface locating of rebar, conduits, post-tension cables, and voids. - Core drilling for precise coring from 1 to 24 inches through walls, floors, and ceilings. - Saw cutting for flat, wall, and wire sawing in concrete, asphalt, masonry, and structural steel. - Sewer inspections and hydrojetting for CCTV diagnosis and high-pressure clearing of sewer and drain lines. - Spray foam insulation for commercial walls, rooflines, and crawl spaces. - Excavator and skid steer services with operators included for grading, trenching, and demolition. - Boom lift services with OSHA-certified operators for articulating and telescopic lifts up to 135 feet. - Flooring, coatings, and underground services for epoxy and ESD flooring, floor demolition, waterproofing, and underground cable pulling.

In addition to these services, OTMCS also offers in-house architectural design, issuing permit-ready drawing sets, and self-performing the trades it draws. This capability allows OTMCS to take a project from drawings through to completion, rather than handing off parts of the work to subcontractors.

The division serves a wide range of projects, including commercial renovations, tenant build-outs, government facilities, data centers, and new construction. OTMCS holds a Virginia Class A contractor license and carries $2 million in general liability coverage with workers' compensation. The division promises same-week availability and a two-hour quote turnaround.
