Omni-53 Integrates AI for Credit Union Data Analysis

Credit union leaders can now query NCUA call report data and peer benchmarks from the AI assistant they already use, thanks to the launch of Omni-53, a new tool that integrates with popular AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot. The release of this feature, which is available now in beta for Omni-53 Pro and Elite subscribers, marks a significant step in making critical credit union data more accessible and actionable for leaders.
Omni-53, a product of Coeus Institute, provides a solution that bridges the gap between the general capabilities of AI assistants and the specific needs of credit unions. Unlike typical AI assistants, which lack a structured record of NCUA 5300 Call Report filings and a consistent definition of peer groups, Omni-53 offers a comprehensive toolset that includes access to key ratios, up to six years of quarterly trends, and detailed peer benchmarking. This integration allows credit union leaders to ask questions in plain English and receive answers with supporting numbers and peer context directly within Omni-53, without the need for additional products or connections to member or core systems.
The integration of Omni-53 with popular AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot is made possible through the MCP (MCP stands for "MCP," though it is not defined in the release, it is used as a placeholder for the specific product name). This toolset provides an assistant with the same purpose-built capabilities that COAI (Coeus Institute's AI agent) uses inside Omni-53. It can look up any of the more than 4,500 federally insured credit unions, pull key ratios (up to six years of quarterly trends), and see where a credit union falls in its peer percentiles. It can also rank and compare credit unions by asset size, state, or charter type, retrieve specific call report line items, answer plain language questions, and review annual HMDA mortgage lending summaries. Subscribers can also access their own Omni-53 watchlists, saved peer groups, and generated reports.

Coeus Institute, the company behind Omni-53, will be speaking and demonstrating the product at two upcoming industry events: Money20/20 USA in Las Vegas, October 18-21, including the Underground Reckoning hosted by Mitchell Stankovic & Associates on October 18, and The Underground at REACH 2026 in Palm Desert, California, November 2-5. Credit union leaders can start a free trial of Omni-53 at coeus.institute/omni-53.
Now leaders can bring that intelligence into the assistant they already use or keep working with COAI inside Omni-53. Either way, AI is only as useful as the intelligence it can reach."
