Olenox Industries Inc., an integrated energy and infrastructure company, has officially entered the field-execution phase of its multi-well oil and natural gas development program. This move marks a significant step in the company’s strategic initiative, signaling a transition from planning and preliminary evaluation to active field operations.

Seismic fieldwork is set to commence in the week of September 7, 2026, across Olenox’s North Texas acreage. The operation is expected to take approximately two to three weeks to complete. The resulting subsurface data will enable Olenox to evaluate 10 potential drill sites and prioritize which locations are most promising for future development.

Based on the seismic findings, the company anticipates the possibility of drilling up to 10 wells over time. However, the actual number, location, and timing of the wells will be determined after the collection, analysis, and interpretation of the seismic data. Other factors such as permitting, financing, commodity prices, and operational and market conditions will also influence the final decision.

“Today’s announcement marks an important transition from planning and preliminary evaluation to active field execution,” said Michael McLaren, CEO of Olenox Industries. “By investing in seismic analysis and adding experienced geological and engineering oversight, we are building the technical foundation needed to identify the most promising drilling opportunities and advance the program in a disciplined and informed manner.”

The seismic initiative is a crucial step in Olenox’s evaluation of prospective oil and natural gas resources. The subsurface data will provide the company with a more detailed understanding of the geological characteristics of the targeted acreage, helping to reduce exploration risk and guide future drilling and capital-allocation decisions.

Preliminary geological assessments suggest promising natural gas potential within the area. If commercially recoverable natural gas resources are confirmed, Olenox plans to explore opportunities to utilize locally produced natural gas to generate power for its expanding digital-infrastructure operations. This approach aligns with the company’s broader strategy to connect energy development with power generation and digital infrastructure.

Following the completion of seismic fieldwork, Olenox’s geological and engineering team will analyze and interpret the findings, rank the 10 potential drill sites, and develop recommendations for the initial drilling phase. The company’s ultimate goal is to inform future drilling decisions and acquire valuable proprietary technical data that can support its long-term evaluation and development of its North Texas acreage.

Olenox Industries Inc. continues to focus on acquiring, developing, and operating assets across the oil and natural gas, energy services, power generation, modular infrastructure, and digital-compute sectors. The company is building a vertically integrated platform designed to connect energy resources with power-intensive infrastructure while delivering engineered and modular solutions across industrial markets.

While the company’s forward-looking statements indicate optimism, readers are advised not to place undue reliance on these statements. Risks and uncertainties, including the commencement, completion, results, and interpretation of seismic testing, geological and drilling risks, and the availability of financing, could significantly impact actual results.
