O6 Environmental Acquires ERC Expanding Service Offerings

LOUIS, Nov. 5, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- O6 Environmental Holdings, LLC, a leading national provider of environmental services, has expanded its operations by acquiring Environmental Remediation Contractor LLC (ERC), a Columbus, Ohio-based company established in 2011 by Chris McGovern. This acquisition marks a significant step in O6's growth strategy, enhancing its service offerings and geographic reach. Since its inception, O6 has closed four acquisitions that have added adjacent capabilities, expanded its geographic footprint, and strengthened its core service offerings.

Founded by McGovern, ERC specializes in environmental remediation, ecological restoration, emergency response, and industrial services. The addition of ERC's services will allow O6 to immediately provide ecological restoration to its existing customer base, thereby accelerating growth. ERC's customer base includes consulting and engineering firms and end users across commercial, industrial, utility, and government markets.

This is O6's first acquisition since its recapitalization with Quad-C Management in August 2025.
