Nuvau Minerals Inc., a Canadian mining and exploration company, has announced additional assay results from its 2026 summer drilling program at the Thundermine property in Matagami, Québec. The company reported that Hole TH-26-11 intersected 17.37 grams per tonne (g/t) gold over 2.40 meters within a broader mineralized interval. This new intersection extends the gold mineralization 50 meters from the high-grade Thundermine intercept, TH-26-08, which previously intersected 138.9 g/t gold over 4.4 meters.

The new drilling results are part of a broader exploration effort at Thundermine, a property that has not been systematically tested for over 40 years. The company's Chief Executive Officer, Christina McCarthy, stated, "TH-26-11 is a 50-meter step-out from TH-26-08 and demonstrates the continuity of the system. The hole returned 17.37 g/t Au over 2.40 meters within a 165-meter mineralized interval, in the same altered tonalitic host and quartz-tourmaline vein array intersected throughout the program."

McCarthy further explained that the Thundermine system remains open along the interpreted trend and at depth, with assays from six additional holes still pending. The mineralization observed in TH-26-11 is consistent with Nuvau's interpretation of a Val d'Or-analogue orogenic gold system developed within a fractured intrusive host.

The company's exploration program at Thundermine is ongoing, with six additional drillholes yet to be assayed. Every Nuvau summer drillhole assayed to date has returned gold mineralization, and the system remains open for further exploration. The Thundermine property covers an area of 1,380 square kilometers and benefits from access to permitted mining infrastructure, including an option on a 3,000-ton per day concentrator.

Nuvau Minerals Inc. continues to advance its exploration efforts at Thundermine, with the goal of generating new critical metal and gold discoveries. The company's strategy includes systematic exploration targeting zinc-copper VMS deposits and newly recognized gold potential, with the aim of advancing the property to a production decision.

As of the latest data, Nuvau Minerals Inc. has reported the following highlights from its 2026 summer drilling program: - 17.37 g/t Au over 2.40 meters in TH-26-11, within a broader 165-meter interval averaging 0.37 g/t Au. - The new intersection is located approximately 50 meters shallower than TH-26-08, which intersected 138.9 g/t Au over 4.4 meters. - The Thundermine property has not been systematically tested for over 40 years, and orogenic systems of this style in the Abitibi are known for their significant vertical persistence.

The company's exploration efforts at Thundermine continue to show promise, with the potential for significant mineralization both along the trend and at depth. Nuvau Minerals Inc. remains committed to advancing the Thundermine property and generating value for its shareholders.
