NSJ Gold Corp., a Vancouver-based exploration and development company focused exclusively on Antimony, has announced the successful final closing of a hard dollar financing. The company raised $188,500 through the issuance of 628,333 shares at $0.30 per share. All shares issued have a four-month hold period.
The net proceeds received from the Offering will be used by NSJ Gold Corp. for exploration and development activities on its Antimony 2.0 Property and general working capital. The Antimony 2.0 Property is located in New Brunswick, Canada, and boasts excellent access, including provincial and logging roads, as well as hydro power. Covering an area of 35 square kilometers, the project has exciting antimony discoveries, including three particularly robust antimony soil anomalies. The Geology of the Antimony 2.0 Property is the same package of interbedded Silurian greywacke and argillite that characterizes the Lake George Antimony Mine, approximately 15 kilometers to the southwest. The Lake George Antimony Mine, North America's only primary antimony producer, operated for various periods from the 1860s to 1998 and produced as much as 4% of the world's demand of Antimony from 1970 through 1992.
NSJ Gold Corp. is an exploration and development company dedicated to the Antimony sector. The company is currently developing the Antimony 2.0 Property, which has a strong geological foundation and a promising history of antimony discoveries. The project's proximity to the Lake George Antimony Mine, a former primary producer, suggests a potential for further exploration and development. The success of this financing will allow NSJ Gold Corp. to continue its exploration and development activities, potentially unlocking new opportunities in the Antimony sector.
