NSJ Gold Corp., a company focused on the exploration and development of antimony, has successfully closed an over-subscribed financing round. The company raised a total of $1,775,000 through the flow-thru financing and the final tranche of hard dollar financing. The flow-thru financing alone brought in $1,575,000, issued at $0.30 per share, while the hard dollar financing raised an additional $200,000, issued at the same price.

The funds will be utilized for exploration and development activities on the Antimony 2.0 property in New Brunswick, Canada. The Antimony 2.0 property, spanning 35 square kilometers, boasts excellent access via provincial and logging roads, as well as hydro power. The property has shown promising signs with three robust antimony soil anomalies, similar to the geology of the Lake George Antimony Mine, which operated from the 1860s to 1998 and was North America's only primary antimony producer from 1970 to 1992.

The company's CEO and President, Jag Sandhu, expressed satisfaction with the outcome, stating, "The strong support from investors underscores the potential of the Antimony 2.0 property. We are well-positioned to advance our exploration efforts and potentially unlock significant value for our shareholders."

The net proceeds from the financing will support the company's ongoing exploration activities, aiming to further delineate the antimony resources and assess the feasibility of developing the property. With the additional capital, NSJ Gold Corp. is expected to accelerate its exploration plans and enhance its position in the antimony market, a critical component in various industrial applications, including electronics and alloys.

The company's focus on antimony, a less commonly discussed metal, highlights the growing importance of this element in modern technology and manufacturing. As the world continues to innovate, the demand for antimony is expected to rise, making the Antimony 2.0 property a potentially lucrative investment opportunity.
