VANCOUVER, CANADA, Oct. 19, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Novarc Technologies, an industrial Physical AI company, is set to showcase its latest robotic welding and Physical AI solutions at FABTECH 2026, which will take place from October 21 to October 23 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The company will have its booth at Booth #S40093, where visitors will be able to see demonstrations of its cutting-edge technologies.

At FABTECH 2026, Novarc Technologies will highlight its robotic welding solutions, which integrate vision and intelligence into proven welding technologies. Powered by the industry’s leading Physical AI platform, these solutions enable truly adaptive welding, helping fabricators overcome shop-floor challenges, stay competitive, and keep pace with rising manufacturing demand.

Novarc Technologies will demonstrate its NovAI Autonomy and NovHub on Yaskawa and ABB robots at FABTECH 2026. On the Yaskawa YRC1000 robot, Novarc Technologies will showcase how Physical AI technology can autonomously evaluate root openings before the arc strikes, allowing the system to optimize the starting welding parameters. This will be demonstrated as a way to help fabricators overcome complex welding requirements that have historically limited productivity.

Novarc Technologies will also showcase NovHub at the booth, which transforms weld data into real-time data insight, centralizing weld video, process parameters, part traceability, and production timing in one platform. This allows fabricators and manufacturers to review weld history, investigate quality issues, monitor production trends, and make faster decisions with better visibility into welding performance.

Novarc Technologies will also demonstrate the SWR™-TIGMIG, a dual-process spool welding robot that integrates TIG and MIG welding into a single platform. The SWR-TIGMIG is designed for fabricators who demand X-ray-quality TIG root welds with the speed and throughput of MIG. The welding robot sets a new standard for productivity and versatility in the pipe fabrication industry, enabling up to 4X productivity gains on dual-process welds. Integrating up to four positioners, it maximizes shop space while reducing operating costs.

Novarc Technologies will also showcase NovPlan™, automated offline programming software that transforms robotic welding programming from a costly, slow bottleneck into a fast, automated process. NovPlan generates weld paths directly from CAD, significantly cutting programming time and eliminating the need for specialist robot coders. By accounting for real-world conditions like part misalignment and automatically optimizing tool paths, NovPlan reduces rework, boosts first-pass yield, and delivers up to 25X higher efficiency.

Novarc Technologies will also unveil the Miller® Copilot Builder with Blue iQ, powered by NovAI technology. The Miller® Copilot Builder with Blue iQ, powered by NovAI, is designed to help fabricators apply robotic welding to applications that have traditionally been difficult to automate due to part variation, fit-up inconsistencies, tack welds, and the challenges associated with large, complex fabrications.

Novarc Technologies will also showcase the Data Center Welding Cell (DWC), a new turnkey solution for data center skid and frame fabricators. The DWC uses NovAI Suite to program welds straight from CAD, adapt to every joint’s fit-up, and track every weld. Together, these features give fabricators a ready-to-run cell built to scale output with demand.

Novarc Technologies will also display its SWR™ HyperFill, a high-deposition, single-process solution for heavy pipe fabricators, and NovSync™, the company’s upgraded cloud dashboard for tracking productivity metrics and weld videos across all SWRs.

Attendees at FABTECH 2026 will have the opportunity to experience live demonstrations of SWR-TIGMIG, NovAI Autonomy, and NovHub at Booth #S40093. Visitors can book a live demonstration here.
