NovaBridge Appoints Martin Dewhurst to Board of Directors

NovaBridge Biosciences, a global biotechnology company, announced the appointment of Martin Dewhurst to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Dewhurst will serve as an independent director and will be a member of both the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee.

Dewhurst brings extensive experience in healthcare leadership, having served in various capacities across biotech, biopharma, medical devices, health tech, and healthcare investment over the past three decades. His career highlights include co-leading McKinsey & Company’s Global Life Sciences Practice, where he helped scale the practice and innovate client services in digital and analytics. He also co-founded and led the McKinsey Health Institute and McKinsey’s Organization Practice in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Dewhurst’s appointment comes following the departure of independent director Liu Xin. The company expressed gratitude to Liu for her dedicated service and contributions.

Martin Dewhurst is currently a board director and Audit Committee Chair at Swixx BioPharma AG and Turn Therapeutics Inc. He is also a member of the Remuneration Committee at Cytovation ASA and serves as a Senior Advisor to Revival Healthcare Capital and PJT Partners’ Life Sciences practice.
