This appointment marks a significant transition for the company, as Rogers brings extensive experience in the global mining and construction sectors to the leadership role.

According to a press release from NACG, Rogers’ appointment follows a thorough search process that involved evaluating multiple highly qualified candidates, both internal and external. The selection process was overseen by a leading executive recruitment firm, ensuring a robust and comprehensive evaluation. Martin Ferron, the Chair of NACG's Board, expressed confidence in Rogers' ability to lead the company into its next phase of growth.

"Ferron stated, 'Brad is an outstanding executive with extensive experience in the global mining industry on both the owner’s side and contractor’s side, including experience in both the commercial and contractual aspects of complex infrastructure projects and with broad geographical experience in Australia, Asia, South Africa, and the Americas.'"

Rogers, who will also join the board, has a distinguished career spanning over 30 years. He has held senior executive positions in various organizations, including serving as the CEO and Managing Director of Jupiter Mines, an ASX-listed mining company, since August 2022. Prior to Jupiter, Rogers led Bis Industries Limited, a leading provider of production services to the mining and industrial sectors across Australia and Indonesia, where he was CEO and Managing Director from 2015.

In his new role, Rogers will focus on sustaining and growing NACG’s business. He commented, "I am delighted to join NACG at such an exciting time in the Company’s long and proud history. NACG is well positioned, with leading capabilities and significant opportunities across its markets. I am looking forward to working with the talented team at NACG to continue our journey of growth and success."

The transition will see Rogers replace Barry Palmer, who has been the CEO during the search process. Ferron thanked Palmer for his leadership, noting, "With Barry’s leadership, we knew we had the time to conduct an exhaustive search for the right person and that he would leave behind a solid operating base for the new CEO to build upon."
