Nordique Critical Metals Submits Key Reports for Kwyjibo Rare Earth Project

MONTREAL, Sept. 03, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Nordique Critical Metals Inc., formerly Consolidated Lithium Metals Inc., has provided an update on its efforts to acquire and exercise its option to earn an 80% interest in the Kwyjibo Rare Earth Project. The company has submitted a preliminary economic assessment technical report and a corresponding financial plan to the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV), as a condition for closing the acquisition.
According to the company’s latest press release, the preliminary economic assessment technical report was filed on SEDAR+, the TSX Venture Exchange’s electronic document and filing system, on August 12, 2026. The TSXV had previously issued a conditional approval letter, contingent upon the receipt of this report and financial plan. Nordique is currently awaiting feedback from the TSXV on its submissions.
The company’s focus on the Kwyjibo Rare Earth Project underscores its commitment to the exploration and development of critical mineral projects. In other company news, Nordique has granted 8,925,000 stock options to certain directors, officers, and consultants under its equity incentive plan.
