Noble Mobile Acquires Helium Mobile Subscriber Business

Bronston Legal, a legal firm specializing in managed service providers and telecom companies, has represented Noble Mobile in a significant acquisition. Noble Mobile has acquired the wireless subscriber business of Helium Mobile, expanding its presence in the U.S. wireless market.

According to Ben Bronston, Managing Principal of Bronston Legal, the acquisition required a comprehensive approach that combined M&A and regulatory counsel.

The transaction will see Noble Mobile continue to serve the acquired subscriber accounts under the Helium Mobile brand, albeit with a limited trademark license. Additionally, Noble Mobile has entered into an MVNE (Mobile Virtual Network Embedder) and Network Access Agreement, providing continued access to Helium Mobile's technology platform and Wi-Fi network.
