She has exceptional creative instincts, deep relationships with artists, and the experience to turn an ambitious idea into something real."
Tong expressed her excitement about joining No Guarantees. "I'm looking forward to bringing those relationships, that experience, and my own artistic point of view to this role. I'm deeply grateful to Tom Kirdahy and everyone at Tom Kirdahy Productions for more than seven extraordinary years of mentorship, collaboration, and trust that shaped me as a producer. I'm proud of what we accomplished together and will carry so much of what I learned there into this next chapter."
No Guarantees Productions, founded in 2017, has produced a range of notable works, including the Tony Award-winning musical "Schmigadoon!" and the West End production of "Player Kings" featuring Ian McKellen. The company continues to push the boundaries of theatre, investing in new ideas and technologies to shape the future of live performances.
