NiteShyft, a business operating platform powered by artificial intelligence, is set to launch its platform to the public in October 2026. The company aims to revolutionize the way small businesses operate, offering a suite of AI agents that can handle a wide range of tasks, from research and marketing to finance and operations.
Founder and CEO Meraj Syed has spent 35 years as a small business owner, developing NiteShyft to help alleviate the challenges faced by entrepreneurs. “Small business owners don't lose because their ideas are worse, they lose because a bigger company can afford ten specialists while they’re doing everything themselves at midnight,” Syed explained.
The platform is designed to allow a single operator to run a business function that would typically require a full department. According to internal records, during private testing, AI agents completed more than 2,000 business tasks, with a median completion speed 736 times faster than benchmark estimates. The aggregate compute cost of these tasks was approximately $380, compared to an estimated $207,721 in equivalent freelance labor, a 99.8 percent difference.
NiteShyft’s AI workforce includes specialized agents for various business functions, such as research, marketing, content creation, sales, finance, and operations. These agents operate autonomously around the clock, executing day-to-day tasks while decisions that commit money, publish content, or change strategy require owner approval. The company claims that this setup enables small businesses to compete at the same level as larger corporations, which can afford a full team of specialists.
During the private testing phase, the platform demonstrated significant efficiency gains. According to Syed, “We built NiteShyft so that a one-person business can finally compete at the same level as a company with a full floor of employees. In October, we show them what that looks like.”
NiteShyft’s launch in October 2026 will mark a significant milestone for small businesses seeking to streamline their operations and enhance their competitiveness. The platform is designed to cater to startups, solo entrepreneurs, and small companies, offering a powerful tool to manage day-to-day operations more efficiently.
As NiteShyft prepares for its public launch, the company is committed to showcasing the capabilities and benefits of its AI business operating platform. With its innovative approach and proven results from private testing, NiteShyft is poised to redefine the landscape for small businesses looking to optimize their operations.
