New York Health Welcomes Dr. Myrta Isabel Olivera-Dubón

Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Dr. Olivera-Dubón is fluent in both English and Spanish, making her well-equipped to provide culturally competent care to patients from diverse backgrounds.
