Vancouver, British Columbia, Sept. 17, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- NevGold Corp., a company focused on gold and critical metals projects in Nevada and Idaho, has announced significant findings from its 2026 drill program at the Limousine Butte Project. The company has expanded oxide gold mineralization both inside and outside the 2026 Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) pit-shell, with several high-grade intercepts reported.

According to the press release, the 2026 drill program, which is focused on resource expansion and conversion of the MRE, has delivered promising results. Notably, drillhole LB26-007 Lower, which expanded mineralization outside the 2026 MRE pit-shell, intercepted 1.89 grams per tonne (g/t) of oxide gold over 18.3 meters, within a broader interval of 1.06 g/t oxide gold over 42.7 meters. Additionally, drillhole LB26-007 Upper intercepted 0.20% antimony over 16.8 meters.

Inside the 2026 MRE pit-shell, drillhole LB26-004 expanded oxide gold mineralization with 5.00 g/t oxide gold over 3.0 meters, within a broader interval of 1.23 g/t oxide gold over 27.4 meters. This result is significant as it demonstrates the potential for higher-grade oxide gold mineralization within the existing resource boundaries.

NevGold CEO Brandon Bonifacio commented on the results, stating, "It is extremely encouraging to have thick intercepts of high-grade oxide gold grades over 1.00 g/t Au that have expanded mineralization both inside and outside of the 2026 MRE pitshell. The initial 2026 drillholes at the Bullet Zone have delivered on expanding both oxide gold and antimony mineralization, and the grades intercepted have been higher than the average MRE grade profile."

The company's technical team continues to test the resource expansion potential with each drillhole, and with two drill rigs and approximately 9,000 meters of drilling completed to date, the team remains optimistic. As of the press release, 33 drillholes with assays pending further support the ongoing exploration efforts.

NevGold remains fully funded for the next 12-18 months with over $45 million in the treasury. The company is advancing the Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) and engineering studies at Limo Butte, with plans to continue its active exploration program, including drilling test targets, advancing metallurgical testwork, and completing the initial gold-antimony Mineral Resource Estimate.

With the ongoing exploration and the promising results from the 2026 drill program, NevGold is well-positioned to continue driving shareholder value and strengthen U.S. mineral security. The company's focus on expanding the resource base and advancing the project through detailed studies and engineering work underscores its commitment to delivering on one of the most important gold-antimony projects in the United States.
