Neuberger Private Equity Partners Limited (NBPE), a Guernsey-domiciled closed-end investment company, has announced details of a Class A Shares buyback transaction. The announcement comes after the Company bought back shares pursuant to general authority granted by shareholders on June 11, 2026, and in accordance with a share buy-back agreement with Jefferies International Limited.
