Neotech Metals Commences Drilling Program at Torrance Project

Neotech Metals Corp. has initiated its first drilling program at the Torrance Project in Ontario, Canada. The company acquired the property earlier this year from Kenorland Minerals Ltd. and has since conducted extensive data compilation and interpretation to prepare for the exploration activities.
The fully-funded program will involve up to 2,000 meters of diamond drilling to test a series of geophysical targets identified across the property. Additional exploration activities will include regional basal till sampling, outcrop mapping, and geochemical soil sampling. These efforts aim to further evaluate the property and refine additional exploration targets.
The Torrance Project, located approximately 70 kilometers south of Neotech's 100%-owned Hecla-Kilmer Rare Earth Elements and Phosphate Project, is characterized by a large, ring-shaped magnetic feature covering about 10 square kilometers. Despite the scale of the geophysical anomaly, bedrock exposure within the claim boundaries is limited. Initial drill targeting is focused on prominent magnetic highs and their contacts with adjacent magnetic lows, interpreted as prospective geological and structural settings for mineralization.
Reagan Glazier, CEO of Neotech Metals, expressed enthusiasm about the project, stating, "Ontario has been a welcoming and supportive jurisdiction for Neotech, and we are excited to begin testing the Torrance Project with the goal of making another significant discovery. Our objective is to build a portfolio of complementary critical-mineral assets in the region and establish a meaningful foothold in North American rare earth and phosphate supply chains."
The exploration program will involve drilling core samples that will be geologically logged, sampled, and cut. Representative samples will be submitted to accredited laboratories for multi-element geochemical analysis. The results from the drilling and surface exploration will be used to further evaluate the geological setting and mineral potential of the Torrance Project.
The company has identified eight priority target areas for drill testing. The Torrance Project is situated approximately 70 kilometers southwest of the Hecla-Kilmer Rare Earth and Phosphate Project, which is located in northern Ontario. This strategic positioning is seen as a key factor in Neotech's broader exploration strategy within the region.
The drilling program is part of Neotech's ongoing efforts to expand its exploration footprint in Ontario and build a diversified portfolio of critical-mineral assets.
