AIRPORT CITY, Israel, Sept. 15, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- MySize, Inc., a global provider of AI-driven retail technology solutions, has announced a $2.5 million private placement priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules. The company entered into definitive agreements for the issuance and sale of 1,308,901 shares of common stock, or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof, at a purchase price of $1.91 per share. In addition, MySize has agreed to issue unregistered Series C and Series D warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,308,901 shares of common stock.
The offering is expected to close on or about September 16, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. H.C. Wainwright & Co. is acting as the exclusive placement agent for the offering. Each series of warrants will have an exercise price of $1.66 per share and will be exercisable immediately upon issuance. The Series C warrants have a term of five years from the effective date of the Resale Registration Statement, while the Series D warrants have a term of 18 months from the effective date.
MySize intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including working capital.
