MS Transverse Insurance Group strengthens board with industry leaders

WARREN, N.J., Sept. 2, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- MS Transverse Insurance Group, a global facilitator in the insurance and reinsurance markets, has bolstered its board of directors with the addition of three seasoned industry leaders: Michael Angelina, Bryan Sanders, and Kevin Traetow.

According to John Fitzgerald, Chief Executive Officer of MS Transverse, the new appointments aim to strengthen the company's board as it continues to grow its partnership platform and expand its market presence. "We are delighted to welcome Michael, Bryan, and Kevin to the board," Fitzgerald stated. "Their extensive experience in specialty insurance, reinsurance, and actuarial risk management will be a valuable asset to our team."

Michael Angelina, a 40-year veteran of the insurance industry, brings a wealth of expertise to the board. He served as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Actuary of Bermuda-based Endurance Specialty Holdings and has held leadership roles at actuarial consulting firm Tillinghast. Angelina's current position as Executive in Residence at the Maguire Academy of Insurance and Risk Management at Saint Joseph's University further highlights his commitment to the industry.

Bryan Sanders, with over 40 years of leadership experience, joins the board from his most recent role as Chairman, U.S. Wholesale & Specialty for Markel. He has also held executive positions at Alterra Specialty, Hilb Rogal & Hobbs, and MacDuff Underwriters. Sanders has been recognized with prestigious awards, including the Wholesale & Specialty Insurance Association (WSIA) Vincent Donahue/Charles McAlear Industry Award and the Insurance Insider U.S. Lifetime Achievement Award.

Kevin Traetow, who retired from Aon in April 2026 after nearly 40 years in the industry, brings a wealth of experience in reinsurance. Most recently, he served as U.S. Vice Chairman of Aon Reinsurance Solutions, overseeing a team of more than 900 colleagues and holding leadership roles on Aon Reinsurance's global executive committee and Aon plc's executive leadership team.
