SÃO PAULO, Oct. 29, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- On September 1, 2026, Motiva announced the conclusion of the sale of its Airport Platform for a final amount of approximately R$5.2 billion. This move aligns with the company's portfolio simplification and capital recycling strategy. The sale is part of a broader effort to streamline operations and focus on core business areas.

In a related transaction, Motiva also completed the full early redemption of debentures issued under the 17th and 18th issuances, amounting to approximately R$3.7 billion. This action is indicative of the company's financial management and commitment to capital optimization.

Additionally, on September 17, 2026, Motiva made a payment of approximately R$1.5 billion in interest on equity. This payment underscores the company's ongoing financial obligations and its ability to manage cash flows effectively.

The company's operational and financial performance for the third quarter of 2026 also saw the OPEX (cash)/Adjusted Net Revenue LTM ratio reaching 34.4%, a decrease of 1.5 percentage points compared to the third quarter of 2025, excluding the Airport Platform. This metric reflects the company's efficiency in managing operating expenses relative to its adjusted net revenue.

Motiva's financial highlights for the quarter include an Adjusted EBITDA Margin calculated by dividing Adjusted EBITDA by Adjusted Net Revenue. The company will host a videoconference on October 29, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. São Paulo time (8:00 a.m. New York time) to discuss these and other financial results in more detail.
