Mothercare plc to List 8.97 Million New Shares on AIM

Mothercare plc has announced its application for the admission of 8,970,985 new shares to be listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange. These shares, issued under the company’s long-term incentive plan, will be on par with the existing ordinary shares and will not be held in treasury.

As of August 31, 2026, Mothercare plc had 563,836,626 ordinary shares in circulation. Following the anticipated admission of the new shares on September 8, 2026, the total number of ordinary shares will increase to 572,807,611.
