MO BLUMEN Expands Same-Day Flower Delivery to All 23 Vienna Districts

MO BLUMEN, a flower delivery service operating in Vienna since 2024, has expanded its service area to cover all 23 municipal districts of the Austrian capital. This move marks a significant milestone for the company, enhancing its reach and convenience for customers across the city.

Based at Wallensteinstraße 27 in the Brigittenau district, MO BLUMEN combines a physical retail location with online ordering capabilities. The company now offers same-day flower delivery on weekdays, with orders needing to be placed by 12 noon, Vienna local time. The service is subject to flower availability and delivery capacity, ensuring that customers can enjoy fresh blooms on the same day they order.

MO BLUMEN's delivery costs vary depending on the district. Within the 20th district, the cost is EUR 10, while in the other Vienna districts, the charge is EUR 15. Collection from the business premises is available and listed as free in the company's terms. Customers can provide a complete address, including the recipient's name, street, building number, apartment or door number, postal code, and contact telephone number. Additional details such as staircase designations, doorbell names, and access instructions may be necessary for specific buildings.

The company's website supports five languages: German, English, Arabic, Russian, and Turkish. This multilingual approach caters to a diverse customer base, including those ordering from outside Austria. MO BLUMEN's online platform allows international customers to arrange deliveries to Vienna addresses, with prices stated in euros and delivery schedules following Vienna local time.

MO BLUMEN's assortment includes seasonal bouquets, roses, flower boxes, luxury arrangements, and indoor plants. The company also offers wedding and sympathy floristry services, catering to various personal and ceremonial needs. The flower shop at Wallensteinstraße 27 offers in-person advice and hand-tied bouquets, ensuring that each arrangement is tailored to the recipient's preferences and the occasion.

Flowers are natural products, and individual stems can vary in size, color, and stage of opening. MO BLUMEN's terms allow for equivalent substitutions to retain the overall character of the arrangement as much as possible. The company's terms also recognize that a bouquet may differ in some details from its product image, with photographs indicating the style of an arrangement while the particular flowers available at the time influence its final composition.

For deliveries to workplaces, hotels, or other managed buildings, MO BLUMEN considers reception arrangements and the specific needs of the location. Hospitals and ceremony locations can have their own access requirements, and MO BLUMEN works with customers to define the requested handover and any coordination needed for these locations.

MO BLUMEN's luxury flower collection presents individual arrangements with their own photographs, descriptions, and available options. The collection includes wrapped bouquets and flowers arranged in boxes, with the container, composition, and overall proportions contributing to the finished piece. Rose arrangements and flower boxes are among the forms represented across the company's catalogue.

By expanding its service area and enhancing its delivery options, MO BLUMEN aims to provide a seamless and personalized experience for customers ordering flowers in Vienna.
