Mitesco, Inc., a technology company focused on improving efficiency and access, has announced a strategic partnership with entrepreneur Tim Allen to advance the development of its edge computing platform, TC/DC. Allen, the owner of Concordia Eco Resort in St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, will host early prototypes of Centcore’s TC/DC platform at his properties, providing practical settings for the technology to be evaluated.
According to Brian Valania, CEO of Mitesco, Allen’s experience in both technology-enabled operations and property management will be invaluable.
The TC/DC platform is designed as a compact, distributed data center that places computing capacity in non-obtrusive locations, reducing the need for expensive and complex data centers. The initial prototype installations are intended to provide Centcore with practical settings in which to evaluate installation, power use, operations, and the suitability of different property types.
Tim Allen, who founded TLA Consulting in 2009 and later established TLA AI Lab, expressed his enthusiasm for the project.
Separately, Mitesco is preparing for the late fourth-quarter rollout of its RoboAgent AI sales force automation platform. The solution will feature the new "Robo Coach" module, which delivers AI-driven, interpretive sales coaching based on content developed by Brian Moses, a recognized leader in real estate sales training. Moses recently discussed the platform's embedded coaching capabilities with Stuart Smith of SmallCapVoice, highlighting RoboAgent's potential to enhance sales performance and productivity.
Brian Moses, whose content has been integrated into the new Robo Coach coaching modules, emphasized the importance of RoboAgent for real estate professionals.
Mitesco’s RoboAgent application software is currently under test by several of the most well-known, publicly held real estate agencies nationwide. The platform is designed to provide sales guidance alongside an agent’s daily contacts, tasks, and client activity, aiming to improve overall sales performance and productivity.
