RADNOR, Pa., Sept. 21, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing medicines to target hypertension and aldosterone-related adverse outcomes, has announced the granting of inducement awards to a new non-executive employee. On September 21, 2026, the Compensation Committee of the company’s Board of Directors awarded an inducement stock option covering 14,880 shares and an inducement restricted stock unit award covering 11,160 shares of common stock.

These awards were granted under the company’s 2025 Employment Inducement Incentive Award Plan, designed to attract and retain new employees. The stock option award will vest over a four-year period, with 25% of the total shares vesting on the first anniversary of the award’s vesting commencement date, September 21, 2026. Following that, 1/48th of the total shares will vest each month thereafter, contingent on continued service.

The restricted stock unit award will also vest over a four-year period, with 25% of the shares vesting on each of the first four anniversaries of the award’s vesting commencement date, subject to the employee’s continued service with the company. The awards were granted as inducement material to the new non-executive employee entering into employment with Mineralys, in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4).
