Millennium Silver Corp. has received approval from the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to proceed with its exploration program at the Silver Peak silver-gold project in Esmeralda County, Nevada. The company’s 43 CFR 3809 Exploration Notice has been accepted, marking a significant step in the ongoing development of the property.

The Notice, which was accepted on September 1, 2026, allows for the commencement of Notice-level diamond drilling on public lands administered by the BLM. The exploration program is set to run until August 12, 2028, providing a clear timeline for the company’s drilling activities. The Notice includes the authorization to construct up to five drill pads, drill approximately 10 diamond holes, and create about 100 meters of temporary access trails. Three of the drill pads will be located on sites previously used by Millennium Silver.

The primary objective of the drilling program is to infill and extend a known zone of silver-gold mineralization along the Nivloc Structure, covering an area of approximately 900 meters (2,950 feet). This work is intended to support the company’s efforts in updating the Mineral Resource Estimate for the property. The drilling program will complement other ongoing initiatives, including a drone magnetic survey and a water-infrastructure program, both of which are already in progress.

Robert Drago, President and CEO of Millennium Silver Corp., expressed enthusiasm about the progress, stating, “Acceptance of the Notice and posting of the reclamation bond complete the BLM surface-management filing for our drilling program. With that filing complete and water work advancing, we are well-positioned for the 2026 resource-expansion drilling at Nivloc.”

The Silver Peak project is located in the historic Silver Peak mining district, approximately 11 kilometers southwest of the town of Silver Peak. The property, which is 100% owned by Millennium Silver through its U.S. subsidiary, covers an area of 1,697.99 hectares (4,193 acres) and includes the past-producing Nivloc and 16-to-1 mines. Additionally, the project benefits from year-round road access, available power, water, and labor resources.

The Nivloc Structure is home to an Inferred Mineral Resource of 2,653,000 tonnes grading 96.85 grams per tonne (g/t) of silver and 0.67 grams per tonne (g/t) of gold, containing 8.26 million ounces of silver and 57 thousand ounces of gold. The estimate, disclosed in the Company’s NI 43-101 technical report, was effective as of March 28, 2019, and was prepared by Seymour M. Sears, P.Geo., and Joan M. Barry, P.Geo., of Sears, Barry & Associates Limited.

With the BLM approval secured, Millennium Silver Corp. is now poised to advance its exploration efforts at the Silver Peak project, aiming to expand the known mineralization and further develop the property. The company’s focused approach on high-grade silver and gold deposits in Nevada continues to position it as a leader in the exploration and development of precious metals in the region.
