Micware and ESRI Japan Partner to Develop Dynamic Space Technology

KOBE, Japan, Sept. 15, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Micware Co., Ltd., a Japan-based provider of software development services and innovative IT solutions, has entered into a business alliance with ESRI Japan Corporation to jointly promote the development and social implementation of "Dynamic Space." Micware, which focuses on the automotive and mobility sectors, has established Micware Spacia Co., Ltd., to develop its spatial intelligence business. The company's DynaPlanet-PF mission is central to this alliance, as it aims to collect dynamic data from video and location information and build Dynamic Space, reflecting changes in the physical world. ESRI Japan, a provider of geographic information system (GIS) platforms, will integrate its ArcGIS technology with Micware's spatial data generation capabilities.

Tomoyuki Kuwayama, President of ESRI Japan Corporation, echoed these sentiments, noting that the combination of Micware's spatial data generation technologies and ArcGIS will expand the potential uses of geospatial data.

Under the terms of the business alliance, Micware and ESRI Japan will collaborate on several key areas. They will integrate DynaPlanet-PF and ArcGIS to develop spatial information infrastructure that continuously reflects changes in the physical world. Additionally, the companies will work on applications for urban digital twins, expanding into mobility, roads, and infrastructure. They will also promote joint business initiatives, including demonstrations, the development of joint solutions, and joint proposals to customers in fields such as cities, mobility, roads, and infrastructure.

Micware Co., Ltd., founded in 2003, has built a strong foundation in automotive software and has established long-term relationships with major original equipment manufacturers, including Honda Motor Co., Ltd. and Toyota Motor Corporation.
