Metalite Resources Grants Stock Options to Directors, Officers, and Consultants

Metalite Resources Inc., a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration, and advancement of precious metals projects, has announced the grant of stock options to certain directors, officers, and consultants. The company’s board of directors has approved the issuance of 1,630,000 stock options (the “Options”) pursuant to the company’s stock option plan.
These options, exercisable at a price of $0.25 per common share, will expire on September 24, 2031. Of the total options granted, 1,200,000 were allocated to directors and officers of the company. Of these, 1,050,000 options vest immediately, while the remaining 150,000 options will vest in equal tranches of 50,000 options every six months over an 18-month period.
Additionally, 430,000 options were granted to consultants of the company. Of these, 390,000 options vest immediately, with the remaining 40,000 options vesting six months from the date of grant.
The options and any common shares issued upon exercise thereof are subject to the terms of the company’s stock option plan and applicable requirements of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”).
Further to a previous news release dated August 19, 2026, Metalite Resources Inc. has provided additional information regarding the engagement of Natrinova Capital Inc. ("Natrinova"). Natrinova was engaged to provide investor relations services from August 3 to October 9, 2026. The services were conducted by Natalya Natrinova on behalf of Natrinova through direct investor outreach, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings and presentations, including roadshows in Vancouver and Calgary.
Natrinova has received C$15,000 plus GST and no securities, options, or other equity compensation. Natrinova is an independent contractor and, prior to the engagement, had no other relationship with the company or its management.
Metalite Resources Inc. owns a 100% interest in the Arthurs Seat Silver-Antimony Project in New South Wales, Australia, and a 100% interest in the Launay Gold Property, a district-scale gold project located in Québec's Abitibi Greenstone Belt. The company's strategy is to create long-term shareholder value through the systematic exploration and advancement of high-potential mineral properties.
