Richardson, who leads McCune Law Group's Racial & Economic Justice Practice, was recognized for his leadership and advocacy across the Coachella Valley and the Inland Empire. The Richard T. Fields Bar Association, founded in 2010 and named after the first African American judge in Riverside County history, has spent years working to expand the pipeline of attorneys of color through scholarships, mentorship, and community engagement.
Richardson's career has been marked by his commitment to addressing resource disparities. He has secured significant verdicts and settlements on behalf of individuals, churches, and nonprofit organizations that have been harmed by discrimination. His work extends beyond litigation, as he is a frequent commentator on legal issues, appearing on national networks such as CNN, Court TV, Law&Crime Network, and Good Day LA.
