Mark J. Semeraro Named to 2027 New Jersey Super Lawyers List

Mark J. Semeraro, founding partner of Semeraro & Fahrney, has been selected to the 2027 New Jersey Super Lawyers list for the second consecutive year. This recognition underscores Semeraro's extensive experience and expertise in the legal field, spanning over three decades.

Semeraro, a lifelong Wayne resident, has built a robust practice representing clients in a wide array of legal challenges, from personal injury litigation and employment law to real estate development, land use, and complex commercial litigation. His career highlights include securing multimillion-dollar settlements in personal injury and employment matters, as well as substantial land use and redevelopment approvals. Semeraro's development practice encompasses a variety of projects, including commercial, retail, office, industrial, residential, and mixed-use developments.

The son of a contractor, Semeraro learned to read blueprints at an early age, a skill that has proven invaluable in his legal work. This foundation has allowed him to understand the practical challenges property owners and developers face as they move projects from concept through approval. For more than two decades, Semeraro has also represented municipalities, counties, and public authorities throughout New Jersey, including his hometown of Wayne.
