DUBAI, UAE, Sept. 3, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Mantle, the open financial network that connects global market participants to institutional-grade capital market assets on-chain, has announced a significant expansion of its stablecoin ecosystem. USDG, the dollar-pegged stablecoin issued by Paxos, is now live on Mantle as one of the first natively minted stablecoins on the network. This integration marks Mantle's entry into the Global Dollar Network (GDN), a network with over 150 partners and over $3 billion in USDG circulation.

USDG's growth, now surpassing $3.5 billion in circulation, has positioned it as one of the largest regulated dollar stablecoins in the market, subject to dual regulatory oversight from Singapore's Monetary Authority (MAS) and the European Union's MiCA framework. This dual compliance adds a layer of institutional trust, making USDG a key player in the rapidly evolving stablecoin landscape.

By joining the GDN, Mantle has integrated itself into a robust reward-sharing economy. Unlike traditional stablecoin integrations where issuers retain the economics, Mantle's participation in GDN places it directly within the reward-sharing structure. This arrangement puts Mantle alongside established partners such as Robinhood and Kraken, fostering a network built to share rewards with the partners that drive adoption.

"Alongside Bybit, one of our closest partners, Mantle has spent the last year building towards powering borderless access to RWA, and an institutional-grade stablecoin stack has been a core part of that: AUSD, USDe, USDY, and USDT0, each one bringing us closer to a network where global market participants can reach institutional-grade assets across the ecosystem," Emily Bao, Key Advisor at Mantle and Head of Spot at Bybit, stated.

Walter Hessert, Head of Strategy at Paxos, added, "Mantle is building the rails that bring traditional financial assets on-chain, and that future runs on regulated dollars. Native USDG issuance puts one at the center of the ecosystem, and as a Global Dollar Network partner, Mantle shares in the upside it helps create."

Mantle's stablecoin lineup now includes USDG, complementing its existing assets such as AUSD by Agora, USDe by Ethena, USDY by Ondo, and USDT0 by Tether. The network's total stablecoin TVL has crossed $982 million, with RWA TVL growing to approximately $240 million over the past year. Mantle's assets span tokenized equities, ETFs, commodities, treasuries, asset-backed credit, and stablecoins, with over 700 tokenized assets in its ecosystem.

The integration of USDG into Mantle's network signifies a move towards a more regulated and institutional-grade financial infrastructure. USDG's dual regulatory oversight from MAS and MiCA ensures that the stablecoin operates with the necessary transparency and compliance, aligning with Mantle's mission to provide a borderless access to global capital markets.

"Our builders and partners now have a settlement asset they can trust as we bring more of the world's financial products onto the network," Bao concluded.

With USDG's addition, Mantle continues to build a robust and institutional-grade asset stack, positioning itself as a leading platform for borderless capital markets. The integration of USDG and Mantle's participation in the GDN represent significant steps towards achieving their goals of connecting global market participants to institutional-grade capital markets on-chain.
