Magna Terra Minerals Inc., a precious and critical metals-focused exploration company based in Toronto, Ontario, announced its participation in the inaugural Gentile Mining Investor Forum, set to take place in London on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 116 Pall Mall in Mayfair.
The forum, organized by strategic junior mining investor Michael Gentile in partnership with Amvest Capital Inc., will bring together up to 150 investors, family offices, wealth managers, and sector-focused high-net-worth individuals. The event will feature issuer showcases from over 20 companies in Gentile's portfolio, including Magna Terra.
Magna Terra, which is well-funded following the closing of its recently announced upsized and oversubscribed financing on Monday, September 21, 2026, is eager to present its value proposition to serious investors interested in the mining and metals sector. The company is focused on advancing its exploration projects in Newfoundland and Labrador and New Brunswick, including the 100%-owned Humber Copper-Cobalt Project and the recently acquired Prospect Or's Dream Gold Project.
"With the closing of our financing, we are well positioned to continue advancing our priority exploration projects in premier jurisdictions. There will be significant news flow and potential catalysts coming in the weeks and months ahead, from exploration work we have completed this summer as well as from ongoing programs this fall on our focus projects. It will be an ideal forum to present the Magna Terra value proposition to serious investors interested in the mining and metals sector."
Magna Terra's exploration projects include the 100%-owned Humber Copper-Cobalt Project in Newfoundland and Labrador, the 100%-owned Rocky Brook Gold and Critical Metals Project in the historic Bathurst Mining Camp of New Brunswick, and the recently acquired Prospect Or's Dream Gold Project. The company also holds an approximate 19% equity interest in Gold Hunter Resources Inc., with which it has an option agreement for the Great Northern Project in Newfoundland, and a 100%-owned Cape Spencer Gold Project in New Brunswick.
Michael Gentile, a widely recognized strategic investor in the junior mining sector, has been actively involved in the mining industry since 2002, when he began his career at Formula Growth Limited. From 2012 to 2018, Gentile co-managed one of Canada's largest market-neutral hedge funds alongside his partner, Charles Haggar. In 2022, he co-founded Bastion Asset Management, a Montreal-based investment firm that manages over CAD $900 million in small and mid-cap equities across the United States and Canada.
Gentile is currently a top shareholder in 35 companies in the sector and serves on six boards. His conviction and hands-on approach to these companies fit perfectly with Amvest Capital's philosophy. Amvest Capital, a New York-based investment bank and funds management firm focused on natural resources, will conduct investor roadshows for NYSE, TSX, TSX-V, ASX, and LSE-listed clients, with deep relationships across the institutional investor community in global markets.
