Lyken.AI Signs MOU with FingerMotion for Enterprise AI Infrastructure

News provided byLyken.AI · 3 min read

Lyken.AI, a cloud computing business of Alset AI Ventures Inc., has entered into a non-binding strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with FingerMotion and BlueFlare to support enterprise AI infrastructure strategy. The agreement aims to integrate Lyken.AI's enterprise AI and high-performance computing (HPC) client opportunities with potential modular behind-the-meter (BTM) capacity developed under FingerMotion's existing BlueFlare alliance.

On September 2, 2026, Lyken.AI signed the MOU with BlueFlare Energy Solutions Inc. and FingerMotion, Inc., a technology company serving users in the People's Republic of China. This strategic move is part of FingerMotion's broader plan to expand into the enterprise AI and cloud computing market through its equity position in Lyken AI Computing Inc.

Under the MOU, Lyken.AI will have early visibility into potential future BTM capacity being evaluated or developed through FingerMotion's BlueFlare alliance. This capacity will be initially targeted for Western Canada and other jurisdictions mutually agreed upon by the parties. Lyken.AI will then present qualified enterprise workloads and managed services to match with the available capacity, providing Lyken.AI with a customer-facing role in the enterprise AI infrastructure strategy.

FingerMotion, as the contemplated owner-operator and project sponsor, will lead the evaluation of project ownership, commercial structures, and project-level capital, subject to definitive agreements and required approvals. BlueFlare, FingerMotion’s primary development partner in Western Canada, will focus on BTM site origination and qualification, natural gas and other power solutions, design and engineering, modular construction, and ongoing energy and site operations.

Lyken.AI's role in this framework includes customer origination, workload qualification, compute architecture, managed compute, server and token optimization, secure storage, private low-latency networking, and enterprise deployment support. This strategic alignment aims to operationalize the customer-facing connection described in FingerMotion's August 27, 2026, strategy, while preserving FingerMotion's owner-operator direction and BlueFlare's development mandate.

The MOU is non-binding and non-exclusive, and it does not reserve, allocate, or guarantee capacity or create any rights of exclusivity, option, or ownership interest. Any priority, capacity allocation, commercial right, or project commitment would arise only under a definitive agreement for the applicable site or customer opportunity.

Both parties emphasized the importance of flexibility and project-by-project evaluation. They highlighted that power availability is increasingly a critical factor between enterprise demand and operational AI infrastructure. The framework is designed to focus development activity on opportunities where site readiness, power, customer demand, and project financing can align.

Adam Ingrao, CEO of Alset AI Ventures Inc., stated, "Power availability is increasingly the gating item between enterprise demand and operating AI infrastructure." He added, "This MOU is designed to operationalize the customer-facing role for Lyken that FingerMotion described in its August 27 strategy, while preserving FingerMotion's owner-operator direction and BlueFlare's development mandate."

Jolie Kahn, CEO of FingerMotion, said, "We have consistently viewed Lyken and BlueFlare as complementary parts of the same enterprise AI infrastructure strategy. This framework advances the plan we announced on August 27, enabling us to determine, project by project, which opportunities warrant capital and definitive agreements."

Landon Ruszkowski, CEO of BlueFlare, added, "Within our existing development alliance with FingerMotion, Lyken can contribute qualified enterprise workloads and managed-service requirements. The framework is intended to focus development activity on opportunities where site readiness, power, customer demand, and project financing can come together."

The MOU does not establish pricing, minimum capacity, revenue, capital commitments, ownership percentages, or development schedules. The parties will evaluate opportunities on a project-by-project basis, with each party leading the evaluation of owner-operator, commercial, and project-capital structures, as well as coordinating development work within its existing mandate.

Both Alset AI and FingerMotion are committed to advancing enterprise AI infrastructure, leveraging their complementary roles to ensure a seamless integration of Lyken.AI's managed services with the BTM capacity developed by BlueFlare and FingerMotion.
