LV Petroleum expands with Bojangles and travel center acquisitions

LV Petroleum LLC capped off July with a series of significant developments, including the opening of new Bojangles restaurants and a Travel Center acquisition, bolstering its nationwide presence across four states.
On July 20, the company opened its first Bojangles location in Gilbert, Arizona, bringing the popular Southern chain to the greater Phoenix market. This marks a new milestone in LV Petroleum's partnership with Bojangles, a brand that originated in the Carolinas. The new restaurant serves up signature chicken, made-from-scratch biscuits, and Legendary Iced Tea, familiar menu items for Bojangles fans.
Three days later, on July 23, LV Petroleum acquired a travel center in Seminole, Oklahoma. This addition to the company’s travel center network supports its ongoing growth in the state, providing professional drivers and local motorists with a reliable stop for fuel, food, and roadside services.
On July 29, LV Petroleum extended its Bojangles footprint into Nevada by opening a new restaurant at Rio, continuing its multi-unit development strategy. This marks another step in the company’s growth in the state and further solidifies its commitment to the brand.
July also saw the opening of a Sbarro Pizza location in Napoleon, Ohio, adding another familiar dining option to the company’s Midwest portfolio. This move continues the steady expansion of the restaurant partnership across LV Petroleum’s locations nationwide.
