Hong Kong, Oct. 21, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Luda Technology Group, a manufacturer and trader of stainless steel and carbon steel flanges and fittings products, has expanded its business into the Mongolia-China coal trading market. The company has entered into agreements with two customers in China for the supply of 440,000 metric tons of Mongolian thermal coal over a one-year period, with each customer committing to 220,000 metric tons.
According to the terms of the agreements, each customer is obligated to receive 20,000 metric tons of coal by November 30, 2026, and an additional 200,000 metric tons by October 14, 2027. These commitments mark the first step in Luda Technology Group’s broader strategy to develop a cross-border commodity trading platform, focusing on energy, metals, and marketable mineral products.
To support these commitments, Luda Technology Group has entered into a supply agreement with a Mongolian company to source thermal coal from the Tsogttsetsii area in the South Gobi Province of Mongolia. Luda will act as the trading intermediary between the Mongolian supplier and the two Chinese customers. The purchase and sale agreements establish quantity commitments from both the supplier and the buyer but do not fix a unit price or total contract value. Pricing is subject to market conditions and confirmation before payment and shipment of each ordered batch.
Luda Technology Group Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong in 2004 and has been principally engaged in trading steel flanges and fittings. The company is expanding its trading activities into energy, metals, and mineral commodities, beginning with thermal coal, and is evaluating potential opportunities involving fluorspar, tungsten, iron ore, rare earth products, and copper. The company has not yet entered into definitive agreements for these additional products unless otherwise announced.
Forward-looking statements in the press release include performance of the coal agreements, delivery timing and volumes, growth of the Mongolia-China coal trading business, future orders, expansion into other commodities, working-capital management, business strategy, and future growth. The company cautions investors not to place undue reliance on these forward-looking statements, as actual results may differ materially due to various risks and uncertainties.
