L'Oréal Successfully Prices €2 Billion Triple Tranche Bond

Clichy, 24 September 2026, L’Oréal has successfully priced a €2 billion triple tranche bond, marking a significant financial move for the global beauty giant. The bond, which is expected to be rated AA (Stable) by S&P and Aa1 (Stable) by Moody’s, will be admitted to trading on Euronext Paris from the settlement date of 30 September 2026.

The bond offering is divided into three tranches: - A €850 million 2-year floating rate bond paying a coupon of Euribor 3M + 27 bps p.a. - A €500 million 3-year fixed rate bond paying a coupon of 3.75 % p.a. - A €650 million 7-year fixed rate bond paying a coupon of 4.00 % p.a.

This financing move is part of L’Oréal’s ongoing efforts to support its strategic initiatives and general corporate purposes. The company, founded over 115 years ago, operates with a broad portfolio of 40 international brands and is committed to its L’Oréal for the Future programme, which focuses on sustainability and ethical practices.

L’Oréal, with a workforce of more than 95,000 committed employees, has a balanced geographical footprint and generates significant sales across various distribution networks. In 2025, the Group reported sales amounting to €44.05 billion. The company is also recognized for its innovation, with a dedicated Research and Innovation team comprising over 4,000 scientists and more than 8,000 Digital, Tech, and Data talents. The bond issuance is supported by a consortium of banks, including BNP Paribas, HSBC, and Société Générale, acting as Global Coordinators. Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, ING, Santander, and Standard Chartered Bank AG are acting as Active Joint Bookrunners. This financial move underscores L’Oréal’s strong financial standing and its commitment to sustainable growth and innovation.
