LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, October 7, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- The book, set to release on October 15, 2026, aims to help readers navigate everyday decision-making with a structured approach.

Coulton, a former academic and executive coach, developed the book from material he used with business leaders over eight years. The memoir, which won the Wishing Shelf Book Awards, detailed Coulton's discovery of his neurodivergent identity and his subsequent transformation.

In "Wisdomize," Coulton argues that wisdom is a skill that everyone is born with and can be strengthened through regular practice. He introduces the concept of Adaptive Intelligence, which posits that each person has three interconnected minds: the heart, the head, and the gut. Better decisions, according to Coulton, come from consciously consulting all three instead of relying on one.

The book is organized into 28 themes that progress through awareness, thinking, learning, relationships, decision-making, purpose, and legacy. Readers are encouraged to take one theme per week, paying attention to their "Life Seminar," which refers to the ordinary events of everyday life. They are to keep brief notes, which over time build into a personal Wisdomize Portfolio: a record of their own observations and decisions.

Coulton's journey to writing "Wisdomize" began with a manuscript that was initially intended for business leaders. However, when he shared the manuscript with a trusted friend, the feedback was harsh. This feedback led Coulton to rewrite the manuscript, which grew into a 170,000-word memoir, "Demons to Champions."

After closing his coaching business during the pandemic, Coulton delved deeper into understanding his neurodivergence and rebuilt the original material for general readers.

"Wisdomize" is available in paperback and eBook from Amazon and other major retailers on October 15, 2026. The eBook is priced at $0.99 at launch. Coulton, a London-based author, spent more than 30 years in academia as a researcher, teacher, and inventor, and then founded Adaptive Intelligence Consulting Ltd, coaching business leaders from 2014 to 2022 before closing the company to write full-time. His memoir, "Demons to Champions," is an Amazon bestseller, and he writes The Positive Echo on Substack, co-hosts a podcast of the same name, and is an avid marathon kayaker.
