Chicago, September 1, 2026 — LogicGate, a leading AI-driven GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platform for enterprises, has rolled out its Summer 2026 Release, marking a significant milestone in its journey towards making GRC more strategic and less burdensome for risk teams. The release introduces new GRC Agents, foundational AI enhancements, and further solidifies the company’s commitment to innovation and industry recognition.

“With our latest release, we're enabling risk teams to shift from a reactive stance to a more proactive one,” said Jon Siegler, LogicGate's Chief Product & Technology Officer. “GRC Agents free teams from mundane, day-to-day tasks so they can focus on strategic risk management and real-time decision-making.”

The 2026 Summer Release introduces GRC Agents, which are now generally available to support critical use cases such as Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), AI Governance, and Business Continuity Management (BCM). These Agents transform how GRC workflows are managed, shifting practitioners' focus from repetitive tasks to strategic risk management. Plans for future releases include new Insights Agents and GRC Agents for Cyber Risk Management, Policy & Procedure Management, and Incident Management.

“Agentic AI is revolutionizing GRC by making it a continuous driver of business value,” noted Phil Harris, an IDC Research Director for Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions. “By automating routine tasks at machine speed, LogicGate’s GRC agents are accelerating time-to-value and helping risk teams resolve compliance issues more efficiently.”

In addition to the GRC Agents, the release includes foundational AI enhancements. Previously known as Spark AI, these capabilities are now integrated into the Risk Cloud platform. Key updates include:

- Automated Control Testing: The platform now uses AI to automatically test evidence, delivering clear evaluations with detailed rationales and immediate alerts for critical gaps. - AI Bulk Record Linking: Users can generate recommendations for hundreds of records simultaneously, accelerating the mapping of control sets. - MCP Server Access: Users will soon be able to query Risk Cloud data through natural-language prompts in their preferred LLM, minimizing custom integrations while maintaining secure access.

The release also includes updates to the GRC Lifecycle Management feature, allowing customers to quickly sync their live production instance with their development environment for safe testing and workflow building. Future releases will include Config Newton, enhancing the platform's adaptability.

“Updating risk software can be risky, but LogicGate’s GRC Lifecycle Management feature makes it much smoother,” Siegler explained. “Our customers can now safely test and build new workflows without disrupting existing processes.”

Other platform enhancements include upgraded search capabilities, expanded customization options, and increased integration with SmartSheet, IronClad, Box, and Microsoft Planner. These updates streamline document management and task tracking, enhancing overall efficiency.

“LogicGate’s industry-recognized Risk Cloud platform is continuously evolving to meet today’s dynamic risk landscape,” said Diego Panama, LogicGate’s CEO. “AI is reshaping how modern enterprises govern risk. We are eliminating friction, automating complexity, and keeping our customers ahead of the unpredictable threat landscape.”

Industry momentum for LogicGate is strong. The company has recently entered into a Joint Business Relationship (JBR) with PwC to deliver AI-powered GRC solutions to global enterprises. LogicGate will also be attending the Gartner Security & Risk Management Summit 2026 in London and the Gartner Global CISO Executive Summit in California. Additionally, LogicGate was named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America for the sixth consecutive year.

"The Summer 2026 Release centers on rolling out Agentic GRC to all our customers," Panama added. "AI is reshaping how modern enterprises govern risk. We are eliminating friction, automating complexity, enhancing intelligence, and keeping our customers steps ahead of an unpredictable threat landscape."

LogicGate's transition to LogicGate.ai also reflects its commitment to the future of AI GRC. The platform continues to be recognized as a leader in the GRC market, with a focus on delivering real-time insights and actionable data to drive current business decisions.
