LOBO Technologies Reports 20.6% Revenue Growth in First Half of Fiscal Year 2026

WUXI, China, Sept. 18, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- LOBO Technologies Ltd., an innovative electric mobility vehicle manufacturer and seller, reported its unaudited financial results for the first half of fiscal year 2026, ending June 30, 2026. The company saw a 20.6% increase in total revenues compared to the same period in the previous year, reaching $14.6 million. This growth was driven by an 8.2% revenue increase in its core electric vehicles and accessories business, which generated $13.1 million in sales. Additionally, the company’s new AI infrastructure services business contributed approximately $1.5 million in revenue, broadening its revenue base.

Revenue from two-wheeled e-bicycles saw a significant increase, up 21.71% to $8.1 million from $6.7 million in the same period of the previous year. In contrast, revenue from two-wheeled e-mopeds was nil, down from $36,778 in the same period of the previous year. Three-wheeled electric vehicles experienced a decline, with revenues decreasing 29.22% to $2.2 million from $3.1 million. Four-wheeled electric off-highway shuttles saw a substantial increase, up 143.51% to $0.9 million from $0.4 million. Revenue from batteries also decreased, falling 46.75% to $0.9 million from $1.7 million. Parts and accessories sales, however, saw a significant boost, increasing 345.36% to $1.0 million from $0.2 million.

The company’s gross profit remained relatively stable at $1.9 million, with a gross profit margin of 13.2%, compared to 16.1% in the same period of the previous year. Total operating expenses decreased by 17.9% year over year to $2.5 million, with selling and marketing expenses increasing to $0.4 million from $0.3 million, primarily due to higher salary expenses and freight costs associated with higher sales volume. General and administrative expenses decreased to $0.8 million from $1.7 million, mainly due to lower professional service fees. Research and development expenses increased to $1.3 million from $1.1 million, reflecting the company’s continued investment in developing its platform-related AI infrastructure.

Despite the revenue growth, LOBO Technologies Ltd. reported a net loss of $1.1 million for the first half of fiscal year 2026, compared to a loss of $2.6 million in the same period of the previous year. Basic and diluted loss per share were $0.07, down from $0.28 in the same period of the previous year. As of June 30, 2026, the company had cash and cash equivalents of $1.0 million, up from $0.9 million as of December 31, 2025. The net cash used in operating activities was $3.7 million, compared to $1.2 million in the same period of the previous year. Net cash used in investing activities was $0.6 million, compared to net cash provided by investing activities of $0.1 million. Net cash provided by financing activities was $4.3 million, compared to $0.6 million in the same period of the previous year.
