LITGRID AB Approves Humanitarian Aid and Amends Articles of Association

At an Extraordinary General Meeting held on September 28, 2026, the company approved a decision to provide humanitarian aid to the Ukrainian energy sector, valued at EUR 75,013.16. This decision was made in accordance with the Law on Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid of the Republic of Lithuania.
The aid will be delivered through the transfer of specific equipment listed in the attached document. The CEO is also authorized to perform all necessary actions to implement the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting, provided that the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania have approved the provision of humanitarian aid and all other conditions stipulated by relevant legal acts are met.
