VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 14, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Li-FT Power Ltd., a company developing hard-rock lithium assets in Canada, has been selected to feature its Yellowknife Lithium Project and Lithium Carbonate Conversion Facility in the upcoming Canada Investment Summit. The summit, taking place September 14-15, 2026, in Toronto, is hosted by Prime Minister Mark Carney in partnership with CPP Investments and PSP Investments. The event aims to connect global investors with Canadian investment opportunities, particularly in critical minerals.

Francis MacDonald, CEO of Li-FT Power, expressed pride in the company's inclusion.

The company is building a large-scale Canadian lithium platform that spans the Yellowknife and Adina-Galinée projects. Its integrated development strategy is designed to capture more value in Canada while strengthening North American lithium supply chain security. Li-FT Power owns the Adina-Galinée Lithium Project in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay region of Québec and the Yellowknife Lithium Project in the Northwest Territories. The company also holds early-stage exploration properties in both jurisdictions.

Under the terms of the agreement, Li-FT Power will pay Prospect Capital Relations a fee of C$10,500 per month plus applicable taxes. Either party may terminate the agreement on 30 days' prior written notice. The agreement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Li-FT Power's strategy involves developing a portfolio of hard-rock lithium assets in Canada, with a focus on extending upstream lithium development downstream into battery-grade lithium carbonate production. The company believes this approach will strengthen North American supply chain security and provide a competitive edge in the global lithium market.

The Canada Investment Summit, which will convene leading global investors, Canadian business leaders, and government representatives, presents an important opportunity for Li-FT Power to engage directly with global investors and strategic partners. The summit aims to advance major projects and mobilize long-term investment in sectors of strategic importance to Canada, including critical minerals.

Li-FT Power's inclusion in the summit reflects the company's commitment to developing a sustainable and secure lithium supply chain in Canada. The company's strategy aligns with the broader goals of the summit, which seeks to connect capital with Canadian investment opportunities and advance major projects in strategic sectors.
