LHV Group Acquires Own Shares on Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange

LHV Group, the largest domestic financial group and capital provider in Estonia, announced on September 6, 2026, that it had acquired its own shares on the Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange during the period from August 28 to September 3, 2026. The acquisitions were carried out in line with the terms disclosed on April 25, 2025, and additional information provided on September 22, 2025.

The acquisitions are part of a resolution passed at the company’s general meeting of shareholders on March 26, 2025, and were executed under conditions decided by the Supervisory Board. AS LHV Pank served as the authorized agent for the transactions. Summary data of these acquisitions will be disclosed no later than the seventh trading day following the transactions and will be made available to the Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority via the Nasdaq Tallinn system, as well as on LHV Group’s investor website.

As of 2026, LHV Group operates through several main subsidiaries, including LHV Pank, LHV Varahaldus, LHV Kindlustus, and LHV Bank Limited. With a workforce of nearly 1,200 employees, the group serves a wide range of customers. More than 510,000 customers utilize LHV’s banking services, while over 104,000 are active in LHV-managed II pillar pension funds. Additionally, LHV Kindlustus provides insurance protection to 244,000 customers. LHV Bank, a subsidiary of LHV Group, holds a UK banking licence and offers services to international financial technology companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, and retail banking clients.
